Plyometric feet-elevated push-up (hand drop)

How to do it

  1. Place your feet on a low platform and your hands on a step in front of you, body straight.
  2. Push off the step and softly catch your weight on your hands as they land on the floor on either side of it.
  3. Bending your elbows to absorb the impact, lower your chest down, keeping your body in a straight line.
  4. Explosively push yourself back up and place your hands back on the step.
  5. Land softly on your hands without letting your lower back sag or your hips pike up.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
