This Privacy Policy explains how Vladimir Sazykin (Sazykin Vladimir Valerievich), an individual operating in the Republic of Kazakhstan (IIN 760526000117), registered address: 111A Al-Farabi St., Kostanay 110000, Kazakhstan ("Sport.Pro", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Sport.Pro mobile app and website (the "Service").

We collect only what the Service needs to work:
Account data — email address and a securely hashed password; email-verification status.
Profile & training data you enter — sex, birth year/age, height, weight, country/region, chosen sport, training period and goals, workout feedback (done / couldn't / skipped), evening diary (sleep, mood, soreness, notes), test results, progress, equipment, dietary preference (e.g. halal).
Health data — sleep duration, resting heart rate, and step count. You can enter these manually, or, in the native app, allow read-access to Apple Health (HealthKit) or Google Fit / Health Connect. Health data is used only to personalize your training and nutrition guidance. We do not use Apple Health / Google Fit data for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell it or share it with data brokers.
Usage & technical data — app/version, language, basic logs and security signals (e.g. rate-limiting), and cookies strictly necessary for login sessions.
Payment data — handled by our payment processors (see §5). We do not store full card numbers.
We do not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, photos library, or biometric identifiers. Photos you attach to the AI chat are sent to the AI provider for that request and are not stored by us.
We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), based on your consent (health data access, optional features — withdrawable at any time), for our legitimate interests (security, service improvement), and to meet legal obligations.
We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, under contract:

Third-party AI and your consent. Before any personal data is sent to the third-party AI provider (Google — Gemini API), the app asks for your explicit consent in-app and discloses what is sent (your messages to the AI coach/nutritionist and any food photo you attach) and who it is sent to. AI features do not transmit your data until you agree, and you can withdraw this consent at any time in Settings → Legal → Data & AI. Our providers are bound by contract to safeguard your data with protections equivalent to those described in this policy and to process it only on our instructions and for the stated purposes.
We may disclose data if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer (with notice).
The Service is operated internationally; your data may be processed in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We keep account and training data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required. Health snapshots are stored on your device and in your account to power the AI context.
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes (bcrypt). Sessions use secure, http-only cookies. We apply rate-limiting and other safeguards. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
Depending on your region (GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA and others), you may access, correct, export, or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. You can delete your account and data from within the app (Settings → account). To exercise other rights, contact support@sport-pro.app. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age. If a minor uses the Service, a parent/guardian must consent and supervise. If you believe a child provided data without consent, contact us and we will delete it.
Sport.Pro provides fitness and general wellness information, not medical advice. AI coach/nutritionist responses are general guidance. Consult a qualified professional before acting on health-related content.
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for authentication and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We may update this Policy. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email and, where required, ask for renewed consent. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
