Terms of Service — Sport.Pro

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Vladimir Sazykin (Sazykin Vladimir Valerievich), an individual operating in the Republic of Kazakhstan (IIN 760526000117) ("Sport.Pro", "we") for use of the Sport.Pro app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract. Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information.

2. The Service

Sport.Pro is an off-field, bodyweight-focused multi-sport training app with AI-assisted coaching and nutrition guidance, planning, a diary, and progress tracking. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued.

3. Subscriptions, billing & trials

• The Service offers a free trial and paid plans (Pro, Pro+) on monthly and annual terms.
• Billing: In the mobile app, subscriptions may be sold through Apple App Store / Google Play and are governed by those stores' terms; on the web they are processed by our payment provider (Polar). Prices are shown before purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel anytime — for store purchases, in your Apple/Google account settings; for web purchases, via the subscription-management link in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the period ends.
• Refunds: Handled according to the applicable store's policy (Apple/Google) or the payment provider's policy for web purchases, and per applicable consumer law.
• Free trial: Converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends (where applicable).

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful use, reverse engineering, scraping, abuse of the AI features, attempts to break security or rate limits, or infringing others' rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Health & fitness disclaimer (important)

Sport.Pro provides general fitness and wellness information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI coach and nutritionist responses are general guidance and may be inaccurate. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition, injury, or are pregnant. You exercise at your own risk and assume responsibility for your health decisions. Stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell.

6. AI features

AI-generated content is produced by automated systems and may contain errors. It is limited to sports, training, and health topics and is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for a qualified professional.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, design, and software are owned by Sport.Pro or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service. Exercise media (GIFs) is licensed to us; you may not extract, redistribute, or resell it.

8. User content

Content you enter (diary, feedback, messages) remains yours; you grant us a license to process it to operate and improve the Service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates third parties (payment processors, AI provider, email, app stores, Apple Health / Google Fit). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their parts of the experience.

10. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal reasons, or discontinuation of the Service. Sections that by nature survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) remain in effect.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sport.Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for health outcomes arising from use of the Service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including certain consumer rights).

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email and, where required, ask for renewed acceptance. Continued use means acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
